A workspace for COD merchants

Services that connect your operation.

A flow built around real work: identify the source, confirm, prepare, dispatch, then verify payouts.

SOURCES / CONNECT

Orders start here.

Choose a source for each store. Preserve original references and import orders without creating duplicates.

WooCommerce

  1. Open WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API.
  2. Create a read-only key and copy the consumer key and secret.
  3. Save the HTTPS store URL and credentials, then sync. Source references prevent duplicates.

Shopify

  1. Use your exact shop domain, for example shop.myshopify.com.
  2. Authorize Codlivo when its Shopify app is configured, or use a custom app token with read_orders.
  3. GraphQL imports preserve Shopify references. No write permissions are requested.

Google Sheets

  1. Prepare columns: order_id, customer_name, phone, city, total and currency.
  2. Choose the spreadsheet and range, then authorize Google when OAuth is configured.
  3. CSV import works immediately. Reimporting an order_id never creates a second record.

02 / IMPORTS
Planned

The next action, not another endless list

A planned confirmation queue separates new customers, scheduled callbacks and unreachable numbers.

Quick Livraison is recommended: create your account, parcels and pickups in Codlivo, with tracking, invoices and PDF tickets. Other carriers are marked Coming soon.

05 / CARRIERS

FAQ / CODLIVO

Good questions before getting started.

Compare plans →
Can one account manage multiple stores?+

Yes. Your account belongs to a workspace that can contain multiple stores. The store selector keeps the correct context.

How do I choose delivery partners?+

Quick Livraison is the recommended partner for integrated customer accounts, parcels, pickups, tracking, invoices and PDF tickets. Create an account or connect your customer key, then configure its webhook. Other carriers are coming soon.

Are Shopify, WooCommerce and Google Sheets supported?+

The system provides configuration by store and source. Order reception and import are developed progressively; saved configuration does not mean an external sync is active.

What do the displayed prices mean?+

They are proposed launch offers in MAD. Paid subscriptions and automatic charges are not enabled. Prices and capacities will be confirmed before billing.

Can I use Codlivo from ChatGPT?+

MCP and OAuth authorization are being prepared for controlled access. External connections require the future HTTPS domain; an active ChatGPT connection is not advertised today.

Are shipping and messages included?+

Shipping, returns, messaging and other third-party fees are separate. No WhatsApp credits or carrier rates are promised without a provider agreement.
